Totally dry cava to which no expedition liqueur has been added. Made using grapes harvested from old vines in the Penedés region, using only the musts from the first press and aged in our cellar for more than 5 years. Highlighting its balanced body with subtle ageing notes.

Tasting notes

It is a golden straw coloured cava, with a small and persistent bubble. Complex and of remarkable intensity. Aromas of roasted white fruit, nuts, aromatic herbs and elegant notes of reduction. In the mouth it is tasty, lively, dry, endowed with a very integrated carbonic and elegant notes of ageing. Long finish with aromatic aftertaste.
