This cava rests in the winery since February 2014, hence it has been aged for at least 60 months. Instead of the typical crown cap, we have used a cork stopper during its long ageing, hence its disgorging and finish is carried out in a completely manual manner. Seeking the purest essence of the terroir, no expedition liqueur or sulphites are added during the disgorging. A unique cava ideal for accompany the very best dishes.

Tasting notes

This cava is of a golden yellow colour, with a fine and persistent bubble and with elegant formation of crown. In the mouth there are intense aromas of ageing, pastry, and toasting. In the mouth it is dry, delicious and elegant, with well-integrated bubbles and with long ageing notes.
