Our most special cava was created from the desire to continue with the traditional elaboration of cava, which began at the beginning of the last century in our town, San Sadurni de Noya. It has been made with grapes from old vineyards of Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada varieties. The riddling, disgorging and finishing is done by hand by our experts, ensuring that each bottle will transmit the delicacy and complexity of a great long aging cava.

Tasting notes

This cava is of a brilliant gold colour, with a very fine, delicate and persistent bubble which forms a crown. In the nose it provides complex aromas, with a notable presence of dried, toasted and smoked fruits. In mouth it is fine, very tasty and elegant, with a soft and prolonged aftertaste.
