This Reserva cava has been aged for between 24 and 36 months on the riddling racks in our wine cellar. Made using grapes harvested from the old wines that grow in the Penedés region, and only from using the musts from the first press. This is a Brut Nature cava, hence no expedition liqueur has been added in the disgorging. Highlighting its balanced body with subtle ageing notes.

Tasting notes

It is a golden straw coloured cava, with a small and persistent bubble. Complex and of remarkable intensity. Aromas of roasted white fruit, nuts, aromatic herbs and elegant notes of reduction. In the mouth it is tasty, lively, dry, endowed with a very integrated carbonic and elegant notes of ageing. Long finish with aromatic aftertaste.
