Rosé

2016

Pinot Noir · Chardonnay

Rosé cava made from pinot noir variety grapes, with a touch of chardonnay. It has been aged for a minimum of 15 months, hence it is a vintage cava. Highlighting its body and its fruity freshness, able to captivate even those who are not accustomed to the world of cava. This is a Brut cava, with about 8 grams of sugar per litre, which subtly correct the acidity which is so characteristic of pink cavas, and helping to achieve a rounded, easy, and aromatic cava.

Tasting notes

Cherry pink in colour with lighter shades of ruby. Good development of the bubble, which is small and constant. In the nose it presents fruity aromas, reminiscing fruits of the forest. In the mouth it is structured and delicious, with well-balanced acidity and a persistent aftertaste.

Pairing

A very versatile cava, excellent for savouring on its own or accompanied by light starters. Italian food such as pasta and pizzas combine to perfection, as do white meats and fishes. It also combines very well with desserts, especially when these have fruit and white chocolate.
