This Reserva cava has been aged for between 24 and 36 months on the riddling racks in our wine cellar. Made using grapes harvested from the old wines that grow in the Penedés region, and only from using the musts from the first press.

This cava rests in the winery since February 2014, hence it has been aged for at least 60 months. Instead of the typical crown cap, we have used a cork stopper during its long ageing, hence its disgorging and finish is carried out in a completely manual manner.

Our most unique cava has been made using grapes from old vines of the xarel·lo, macabeo, Parellada and Chardonnay varieties, which provide this cava with its well-known complexity and elegance.
