Pinot Noir

Single varietal wine made from Pinot Noir grapes. Its color has been obtained by a light cold maceration of the must with the grape skins. It is a Brut cava, with about 6 grams of sugar per liter, which subtly corrects the characteristic acidity of young cavas, resulting in a smooth, easy and aromatic wine.

Tasting notes

Cherry pink in colour with lighter shades of ruby. Good development of the bubble, which is small and constant. In the nose it presents fruity aromas, reminiscing fruits of the forest. In the mouth it is structured and delicious, with well-balanced acidity and a persistent aftertaste.
